Demographic and Income Comparison Profile: This report compares up to three areas side by side using Census 2000, current-year estimates, and five-year forecasts of household data to reveal trends in demographics and income. Demographic variables illustrated with bar and pie charts help you quickly analyze the demographics of trade areas to forecast market growth.
Executive Summary: This report provides an executive summary in paragraph format of key demographic attributes in a trade area. The report includes current-year estimates, five-year projections, and demographic data from Census 2000.
Market Profile: This report provides an overview of key demographic attributes and consumer spending patterns for a specified area. A side-by-side comparison of the data for up to three areas is included.
Quarterly Demographic Profile: The Quarterly Demographic Profile provides quarterly updates of population and households. Totals are provided for eight quarters for the current year and the preceding year, and the report is presented in tabular and graph format. Use this report to compare current data with the previous update and view periodic fluctuations in the data, such as seasonal population shifts.
Site Details Map: The Site Details Map is available for ring, drive-time and donut site types. It provides a printed PDF of your entire site on top of a street map background, with the addition of a list of the geographies in which the site location is contained printed below the map.
Detailed Age Profile: This report identifies age distributions for a specified area. A bar chart illustrates these distributions and population trends to summarize age compositions by area of young adults, teenagers, seniors, preschoolers, and other age groups. Single-year age ranges provide a detailed view of populations younger than age 20.
Net Worth Profile: This report provides information about the net worth of households within a specified area. (The net worth of a household is defined by its total wealth less any debts, unsecured or secured by assets.) This report is organized into nine ranges and distributions by net worth and seven by householder age.
Automotive Aftermarket Expenditures: This report provides spending potential for automotive aftermarket products and services such as motor oil, tires, and auto repair. The report also details total dollar amount and average amount per household spent. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
Financial Expenditures: This report details total dollar amount and average amount per household spent on financial products and services such as savings accounts, mortgages, and auto loans. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
House and Home Expenditures: This report shows total dollar amount and average amount per household spent on home products and services such as furniture, major appliances, and child care. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
Household Budget Expenditures: This report shows total dollar amount and average amount per household spent on home products and services such as furniture, major appliances, and child care. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
Medical Expenditures: This report details total dollar amount and average amount per household spent on medical care and services such as prescription drugs, eyeglasses and contact lenses, and physician services. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
Recreation Expenditures: This report details total dollar amount and average amount per household spent on recreation products and activities such as toys and games, sports equipment, and entertainment fees. A spending potential index (SPI) compares the amount spent in a specified area with the U.S. average.
Dominant Tapestry Site Map: The Dominant Tapestry Segment Map is based on ESRI's Tapestry Segmentation and displays the primary market segment for a specified area. Tapestry Segmentation classifies U.S. residential neighborhoods into 65 distinctive market segments based on demographic and socioeconomic characteristics. The dominant segments are represented on the map by segment number. Geography is color coded by one of Tapestry's 12 Life Mode Summary Groups, which are based on lifestyle and lifestage.
Retail Marketplace Profile: Understand the scope of retail activity in your market area. Use the data in this report to evaluate the potential of future sites, determine whether customers are traveling outside the area to shop, and plan marketing/advertising campaigns. The Retail MarketPlace Profile displays the retail sales and retail potential dollar amounts; the leakage/surplus factor, which measures the gap between supply and demand; and the number of businesses by industry.
Traffic Count Profile: This report describes the traffic patterns around your site by displaying as many as 25 of the closest available traffic counts to that site. The Traffic Count Profile includes information such as distance to your location, street name and nearest cross street, direction to nearest cross street, traffic count, and year the count was taken. The vintage of the traffic counts varies by area, dating from 1998 and later.
Traffic Count Profile Map: Visualize the traffic patterns around your site. The Traffic Count Profile Map displays the traffic counts at intersections within and around your market area to help you improve your site selection, understanding of traffic patterns, and ability to identify high-visibility locations. Traffic counts are classified into six volume categories and demarcated by color and size on the map, making it easy to detect traffic patterns. The vintage of traffic counts varies by area, dating from 1998 and later.
Tapestry Segmentation Area Profile: This report compares the top 20 Tapestry segments in a specified area, ranked by household percentage to the national counterpart. The Tapestry Segmentation system classifies U.S. neighborhoods into 65 distinctive market segments based on their socioeconomic and demographic characteristics. For a broader view of markets, Tapestry segments can be assigned to 12 Life Mode summary groups (lifestyle/life stage) and 11 Urbanization summary groups (density and affluence).
